In case you received a wrong item/product missing case.
In case a wrong product has been delivered or the product is missing in the package, please send us an email to help@delucecare.com or Call / WhatsApp on 9998182225 within 5 days of the delivery date with the following details.

Details of your request/complaint
Video of parcel opening with the label clearly visible in it.
Once we receive all these details, our customer care team will address your query within 24 hours.
In case you received a damaged item.
If you claim the product leaked or it was damaged during the delivery process, please send us an email to help@delucecare.com or Call / WhatsApp on 9998182225 within 2 days of the delivery date with the following details.

If you have a product quality complaint, please write an email to help@delucecare.com or Call/WhatsApp us on 9998182225 within 2 days of receiving the products and provide the following information. We'll review the email and respond within 24 to 48 hours:

Once we receive all these details, our customer care team would like to address your issue over a call and resolve the query within 24 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by sending us an email at help@delucecare.com within 2 hours of placing the order.
You can also call/send us a WhatsApp message on our Customer Care number 9998182225 (Timings: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm)
Once orders have been dispatched, they cannot be cancelled.
You can simply refuse to accept the parcel at the time of delivery as the order will not be returned once delivered.
In case your order is marked delivered but not received by you.
Drop us an email at help@delucecare.com or call us at 9998182225 within 3 days (72 hours) of the date of delivery. Our Customer care team will resolve it at the earliest.
Shipping charges on purchase.
We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above Rs 399/-, which is notified from time to time. We also offer Cash-On-Delivery at an additional cost of Rs. 50/-. You should consider the shipping rates shown at the time of check-out to be final.
